NOAH 3 Metro Christian Academy 2

Due to some communications by the assistant coach, we had to start the game 2 short, but once we were at full strength, but boys played a great game. Good defense, great goal keeping, and some very good ball movement was displayed in a very entertaining game. We got to see some younger players step up and make tremendous contributions toward the team winning the game.

I doubled checked the schedule and our next game is this Friday at 6:30 at the Owasso Soccer Fields against the Catoosa varsity. Let coach know if you will not be there.

NOAH at Metro Christian Academy

The boys will be playing at Metro Tuesday at 6:30. Be there at 5:30. We will wrap up the week when they will play the Catoosa varsity at the Owasso Soccer Club fields on Friday at 6:30. Be there at 5:30 as well. Last Thursday, the boys lost to Owasso JV 6-2. They were down 3-0 at half time, but did a great job in the second half moving the ball and creating plenty of chances. The Noah Lady Jags Play at Skiatook Monday March 27, 2011

Noah Lady Jags game on Monday March 28, 2011 will be at the Skiatook fields. We are playing at Skiatooks High school Football field located at 20th W Ave/S Lombard Ln, Skiatook. The link shows both Point A is where the fields are located. Please be there by 4:30 pm.

Great come back for the second half of the game. The Lady Jags had great possesion during the game. After several hard tries and misses, they began to score. Lady Jags lost the first half at 0 to 3. Second half they finally made great shots and came back to end the game at 2 to 4.

The boys kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 Thursday night right after the Lady Jags game. Please be at the Owasso High School at 5:30 to get warmed up and cheer on the girls. The high school stadium is east of 169 on 86th street and 129th St. E. Ave.

NOAH versus Mingo Valley

The game has been rescheduled for April 4th at 6:30pm at the Owasso Soccer Club.

Rogers 5 NOAH 0

The boys ran into a very strong and talented Rogers varsity team tonight. The gave a lot of effort and are learning to work together. This was probably the strongest team that we have played so far, so the boys should keep their heads held high.

Jim will send out an email if and when we are going to have practice during spring break.

Lady Jags lost their first game of the season.  They did very well considering that they were roughed up by the opposing team.  Lady Jags showed their talent, discipline and sportsmanship in this game.  Way to go Lady Jags.

 

Union JV 4 NOAH 1

Tough night in the defensive end that led to too many second changes for the Redskins. The NOAH midfield played a very good game, moving the ball and creating a lot of chances. Good to see Tyler Donathan get his first goal of the season! Also thanks for a great turn out by the Jag faithful on another cold night.

Tuesday we play Mingo Valley Christian at 6:30 at the Owasso Soccer Club. Be there by 5:45pm. The soccer fields are west of highway 169 on 116th St. N. We will wear white jerseys and white socks, but make sure you bring your blue ones just in case.

Thursday we play Roger High School also at the Owasso Soccer Club and that game will also be at 6:30. Plan on wearing white for this game as well.

NOAH 4 Grove 1

The boys played a great game last night, out scoring the Grove High School varsity team 4 to 1. The young NOAH defense allowed only 10 shots while the offense posted a season high 16. Micah Neely started as keeper for the first time and posted 4 saves in his debut. Leon Guy continues to amaze the opposition with his speed and dribbling skills as he added 2 goals.

Monday we play the Union JV team at 6:30 right after the undefeated Lady Jags play their game at 5:00.

Nathan Hale 3 NOAH 1

The boys played a very physical Nathan Hale Ranger varsity team Tuesday night. The Jags are still learning to play as a team and their new positions, after having to replace many starters from last year's team. They have really good attitudes and are anxious to learn more about soccer. There was plenty of effort, even if they came up short on the scoreboard.

We play at Grove at 6:00pm on Thursday. Everyone should have their rides figured out and we look forward to a good result from this match.
